With a thin measuring tape, you measure the circumference of your hand in the same way as shown here.  It is also possible to use a piece of clear office tape you glue exactly all the way around your hand as indicated in the picture. Cut the tape to the exact length and take the tape off your hand. Measure the length of the tape piece. WATCH VIDEO!
